Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Doc Fit, we want customers to select their size carefully before placing an order. Please review our size guide and the policy below before purchasing.

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only one size exchange per order is permitted.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer may wait until that size is restocked.

  • Colour exchanges are not available.

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for size exchange.

  • Returns based on a change of mind, dislike of the colour, or an accidental order are not accepted.

To request a size exchange, contact Doc Fit through WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Current size

  • Required replacement size

  • Reason for the exchange

Exchange Delivery Charges

For customer-requested size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the actual courier charges involved in returning the original order and delivering the replacement.

The applicable charges may vary according to the courier and delivery location. The charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Garment Condition Requirements

An exchange will only be accepted if the scrub set is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from stains, marks, damage, odours, perfume and signs of use

  • Returned with its original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging

Items that appear used, washed, altered, stained, damaged or scented will not be accepted.

Doc Fit reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the exchange.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be rejected. Any cost of sending the rejected product back to the customer will be paid by the customer.

Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned scrub set has been received and inspected, the replacement will normally be processed and dispatched within 7 to 11 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing may take longer if the requested size is awaiting restocking.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Orders

If Doc Fit sends:

  • The wrong product

  • The wrong size

  • A damaged product

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

The customer must provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened

  • The order number and customer details

Claims submitted without the required photographs and unboxing video may not be accepted.

After the claim has been reviewed and approved, Doc Fit will arrange a replacement. Doc Fit will pay the applicable delivery charges when the error or confirmed defect is our responsibility.

A replacement will be provided instead of a cash refund.

Refunds and Returns

Doc Fit does not accept general returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Dislike of the colour

  • Accidental orders

  • Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

Approved size issues are handled through an exchange, while approved incorrect, damaged or defective orders are handled through replacement.

Cash-on-Delivery Refusals

Customers should only place a Cash on Delivery order when they intend to receive and pay for it.

If a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed orders or repeatedly remains unavailable during delivery attempts, Doc Fit may:

  • Restrict Cash on Delivery for future orders

  • Require advance payment before accepting another order

  • Decline future orders at its discretion

How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

Contact Doc Fit through WhatsApp within the applicable reporting period.

Please include your order number and all requested evidence so the matter can be reviewed without unnecessary delays.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. All requests remain subject to eligibility, product inspection and stock availability.
