Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Doc Fit processes, dispatches and delivers orders.
Delivery Coverage
Doc Fit delivers orders throughout Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage and successful order confirmation.
International delivery to Ireland may be introduced separately. Ireland orders should only be considered available when an international shipping option is shown at checkout or confirmed directly by Doc Fit.
International delivery charges, customs duties, taxes and delivery times may differ from domestic orders and will be communicated separately where applicable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days after they are placed or confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare and dispatch the order. It does not include the courier’s delivery time after dispatch.
Processing may take longer during:

Product launches

Sales or promotions
-
Public holidays
-
Periods of unusually high order volume
-
Events outside Doc Fit’s reasonable control
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on orders with a total value of Rs. 10,000 or more.
For orders below Rs. 10,000, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is dispatched.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier coverage.
Courier Service
Orders within Pakistan are generally delivered through TCS.
Doc Fit may use another suitable courier service when required because of destination coverage, service availability or operational reasons.
Delivery Time
Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

The customer’s city or area

Courier operations
-
Remote-area coverage
-
Public holidays
-
Weather or road conditions
-
Security conditions
-
Other circumstances outside Doc Fit’s control
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Courier delays may occasionally occur after an order has left Doc Fit.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, it will be shared through:

WhatsApp

Email
Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.
Customers should ensure that the phone number, WhatsApp number and email address provided at checkout are correct.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available throughout Pakistan where supported by the courier.
The customer must:

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address

Provide an active phone number

Remain available to receive the order
-
Pay the required amount when the parcel is delivered
Doc Fit or the courier may contact the customer to confirm the order or delivery details.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will normally make up to two delivery attempts.
A delivery may be unsuccessful when:

The customer is unavailable
-
The customer does not answer the courier’s calls
-
The address is incomplete or incorrect
-
The customer refuses the parcel
-
The customer requests delivery to an unsupported location
After unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to Doc Fit.
If the customer requests reshipment, the customer must pay the applicable delivery charges before the order is sent again.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future purchases. Doc Fit may require advance payment before accepting another order.
Incorrect Contact or Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Contact Doc Fit as soon as possible if an address, phone number or email address needs to be corrected.
Changes may not be possible after the parcel has been dispatched. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
Delayed Orders
Courier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, remote-area coverage or other circumstances outside Doc Fit’s control.
Customers should first review the tracking information provided through WhatsApp or email.
For further assistance, contact Doc Fit with:

Doc Fit will coordinate with the courier where an investigation is required.
Parcels Damaged During Delivery
If a parcel or product appears damaged during delivery, contact Doc Fit within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
You must provide:

Clear photographs of the outer packaging

Clear photographs of the damaged product
-
An unboxing video
-
Your order number
Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Where the delivery damage is verified, Doc Fit will provide a replacement without charging the customer additional replacement-delivery fees.
Claims submitted after the reporting period or without the required evidence may not be accepted.
Failed, Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned because the customer:

Refused delivery

Was repeatedly unavailable
-
Supplied an incorrect address
-
Supplied an inactive or incorrect phone number
Any original delivery charges are non-refundable.
The customer must pay the applicable delivery charges before the order can be dispatched again.
Circumstances Outside Our Control
Doc Fit is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

Courier disruptions

Severe weather
-
Strikes
-
Road closures
-
Public holidays
-
Security conditions
-
Government restrictions
-
Natural disasters
-
Other force majeure events
Doc Fit will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and obtain updated information from the courier.
